We had an amazing holiday and truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. This is one of the best all- inclusive resorts we’ve visited, especially for families with children. The hotel has a calm and relaxing atmosphere, making it the perfect place to unwind while the kids have fun. There are plenty of activities and entertainment for children, so parents can also enjoy some well- deserved relaxation. The food was fresh, varied and delicious every day, with something for everyone. The rooms and all public areas were spotless and very well maintained. In addition the services of spa was excellent. It offers great facilities in a beautiful and tranquil setting, making it the perfect place to spend time. What made our stay even more memorable was the amazing staff. Everyone was warm, friendly and always happy to help us. Their kindness and professionalism made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a family- friendly, all inclusive resort that offers the perfect combination of relaxation, great food, excellent hospitality and outstanding facilities. We would definitely come back! Thank you for all!

We had a wonderful stay at Grecotel LUXME Corfu and truly enjoyed every moment. The resort is beautiful, very clean, and located in an amazing spot with breathtaking views. The staff were incredibly welcoming, kind, and always ready to help with a smile, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The food was delicious with a great variety every day, and there was something for everyone to enjoy. The pools, beach, and facilities were all well maintained, creating a relaxing and luxurious atmosphere. Traveling as a family, we especially appreciated how family-friendly the resort was. There were plenty of activities, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. Thank you to everyone at Grecotel LUXME Corfu for making our holiday so special. We would happily recommend this resort to anyone visiting Corfu and would love to return in the future!

Quiet and spread out with a huge footprint (I was averaging 15k steps a day!) so the >300 rooms still feels intimate. The location is fantastic and the views spectacular. Clean and lovely but showing its age in places. Not a 5 star resort but a solid 4 star. You are so lucky to have an amazing team of lifeguards and hospitality staff, with just a couple of exceptions who sometimes make it feel like people aren’t welcome at the end of the night and make it hard to order drinks with dinner. Please sort the Greek restaurant out; the food in the buffet was substantially better than it (what was that moussaka?!), and compared to the Asiana and Italian, it was a let down. It’s a shame that we couldn’t use the wine tasting or fine dining because we had children with us. Would have been nice to be able to visit one of the à la carte restaurants again instead. The waterpark, pool and beach make this hotel; the rooms do not. They are looking a bit old, although they are spotlessly clean. The air conditioning barely copes now, although the temperature was only mid-30s and there are no controls. It would be nice to have use of the tennis/ football/ padel facilities free of charge rather than an extra €25/hr especially as they weren’t used a lot of the time. The gym is great though and well set out. The mosquitos are an issue at dusk, and all of the staff apologised for them and handed out spray and coils to help, but despite this we’ve all been heavily bitten. If you don’t like them, I don’t recommend this hotel. Tips: check in on the app before you go, and book into the à la carte restaurants (dates released on the app on Thursday - although they were there for us on Wednesday night). The best iced coffee is the cappuccino fredo at the beach bar. The best cocktails are definitely at the lobby bar. There are lots of fun watersports things to the left (West) of the resort including ringos and banana boats. If you want to beat your children on the slides, you must ‘be like the Brazilians’ as one lifeguard told me… I’m not sure I’d come back here. It’s been lovely but I think there are better places out there for similar money, and probably some up and coming hotels which are cheaper.

A genuine mixed bag. We were upgraded to a beautiful room and the pools, beach and food are genuinely lovely, the highlights of the stay. Most staff are warm and accommodating, which goes a long way. However, the five-star label doesn't quite hold up on closer inspection. Long queues for food and restaurant bookings, a malfunctioning app, and some poolside bars that are self-service only aren't what you expect at this price point. The grounds feel unfinished in places, with dry grass where landscaping clearly never happened. Room quality is also inconsistent; family members who paid more had noticeably shabbier rooms than ours. We also had one genuinely unpleasant encounter with a pool bar staff member who repeatedly refused to serve me without explanation. I had to ask his colleague for help before being served. Five stars for the setting and beach. Three stars for the execution. A four-star resort wearing a five-star badge.

Our stay at Grecotel Costa Botanica in Corfu was truly unforgettable. We traveled from the United States to visit Italy and Greece, and this was by far the best hotel experience our family of five has ever had. If you’re traveling with children, I highly recommend this hotel. From the moment we arrived, everything was effortless. The staff welcomed us outside, took care of our luggage, and encouraged us to enjoy dinner before checking in since we had arrived late. Throughout our stay, every interaction reflected the same level of care. Whether we needed something in our room, at the pool, or while leaving for our boat trip to Paxos and Antipaxos, the staff always thought ahead—even packing lunch boxes for our entire family for the excursion. What truly made this stay unforgettable happened on our last day. When we arrived, my daughter accidentally left her favorite hat in the airport taxi. We didn’t ask about it until two days before we left, thinking it was gone forever. The staff immediately began calling taxi drivers, and on the morning we checked out, they arranged for a driver to meet us on the way to the airport and return the hat. To many people, it was just a hat. To our daughter, it was priceless. The effort they made to return it spoke volumes about how much they genuinely care about their guests. That single act perfectly summed up our entire experience. We have stayed at many hotels over the years, but none have matched the hospitality we experienced at Grecotel Costa Botanica. We will gladly stay at Grecotel again and recommend it without hesitation to anyone looking for an exceptional family vacation.
